Supplier Tab

Overview

This tab is only present for Company Types of Supplier and enables a supplier purchase Ledger account to be allocated to the company record.

To access the Supplier Tab:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.

    The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Miscellaneous Options option.

    The Miscellaneous Options menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Customer Details option.

    The Customer Setup form is displayed.

  4. Select the New icon.

    The Customer Search form is displayed.

  5. Enter the appropriate repairer information to locate the required repairer (ensuring the Supplier checkbox is ticked).

    Select the required repairer from the displayed list.

  6. Select the Supplier Tab.

Supplier Tab Dialogue Box

The following fields are contained within the Supplier Tab:

PL Account: The Purchase Ledger account to which supplier invoices are to be posted e.g. P0002
