This facility enables you to select more than one RTS code at a time for loading onto a WIP.
You can search for RTS codes either:
On the Standard RTS Codes form in ADP Standard Operations, or
When loading labour onto a WIP in Point-of-Sale.
The codes are set up, and maintained, via the Standard RTS Codes form.
Note: If you conduct the search via the Standard RTS Codes form, the code details are displayed in the General tab of that form.
To search for an RTS code for a WIP in Point-of-Sale:
Click the Customer details ellipsis ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
in the Customer group box on the Point of Sale form, then load the Customer details.
The Point-of-Sale form is populated with the Customer details from CRM.
Select 00 Global data from the drop-down 
on the Point-of-Sale Form, then click the New product ellipsis > Labour.
The RTS Codes form is displayed.
Select the Show selections check box.
(This displays your codes in the Selected RTS codes grid when you select the codes from the Available RTS codes grid.)
Click Word search, or Short name, to search for an RTS code.
The Available RTS codes grid is populated with the RTS code, Short name, Description, and a Selected indicator.
Double-click a line in the grid.
If you selected the Show selections check box, the selected RTS code is displayed in the Selected RTS codes grid. A tick is displayed in the Selected cell of the Available RTS codes grid for that line.
Note: You can de-select the RTS code by double-clicking the line again in either grid.
When you are happy with your selections, tab to enable the OK button, then click OK.
You are ready to load to a WIP. The Labour Details form is displayed, containing the details for that RTS code, or the last selected if more than one.
Click OK to the Labour Details form.
The RTS code is loaded to the WIP.
Select the File > Action... menu bar command or click the Action 
toolbar button.
You can now click Job card, or save the WIP for future use.
This form is displayed when you select 00 Global data from the drop-down on the Point-of-Sale Form, then click the New product ellipsis > Labour. It enables you to search for available RTS codes when loading labour to a WIP.
Note: RTS codes are set up, and maintained, via the Standard RTS codes option on the ADP Standard Operations Menu, using the standard editors. This means the RTS Codes form can also be accessed via Standard Operations.

Show selections: If selected, this check box displays selected RTS codes in the Selected RTS codes grid when you select from the Available RTS codes grid.
Buttons:
Short name: If clicked, locates an available RTS code via its short name.
Word search: If clicked, locates an available RTS code via a word search.
RTS code: Repair-Time Schedule code.
Short name: Short name that can be used to locate an RTS code.
Description: For example, Automatic gearbox re-build. This description is entered on the WIP against the RTS code.
Selected: Whether or not a particular RTS code has been selected. If you selected the code, this cell is ticked.
RTS code: As per the Available RTS codes grid.
Description: As per the Available RTS codes grid.
