You can use this option to produce a printed summary definition of a selected report. Select the Document report option from the Report Generator MAIN MENU.
The REPORT DEFINITION - KEY form is displayed
The Module dentifier is defaulted from the current module that you are in.
Enter the Report ID that you require e.g A01 or do a search.
Tip : Click on the Ellipsis button
to search.
When you have selected the required report, you go back to the Report Definition-Key form, where you will see your report in the Report ID field. Click OK and the report will print on the currently selected printer.
BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to your currently selected printer.
Exit: Returns you to the Report Generator MAIN MENU.
Help: Will display the relevant "help" on the current application that you are using.
