REKA Tool (Workshop Analysis) - VIEW Data

When data has been collected for a period for a point-of-sale company (either using the user interface or by set up in Timed Operations, the user interface provides the possibility to view the data collected based on the the point-of-sale company and period.

A message is displayed, when no data is available for the selected period.

REKA Tool (Workshop Analysis) - VIEW Data Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > REKA Tool (Workshop Analysis) to display the REKA Tool (Workshop Analysis) form and you click the Action > View data menu bar command.

Note: This form is only displayed when data is available for the selected period within the REKA Tool (Workshop Analysis) form.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

File > Exit Exit.gif Exits the REKA Tool (workshop analysis) VIEW data form and returns to the REKA Tool (workshop analysis) form.

Action > Copy to clipboard -

Copies the displayed data to the Clipboard.

Note: The copied data can be pasted to another application, for example, MS-Excel.

Action > View data details AdvancedFilter.gif Opens the REKA Tool (workshop analysis) - VIEW data details form and displays the details of the selected REKA ID.
Action > Refresh - Refreshes the screen and the displayed data.

Fields:

Data is populated in the REKA data collected grid, for the selected combination of POS company, year and month.

Point-of-sale company: Select the Point-of-Sale company for which you want to populate the data in the grid.

Year: Select the year for which you want to populate the data in the grid

Month: Select the month for which you want to populate the data in the grid

REKA Data Collected Grid:

The grid is sorted per Business unit.

Reka ID: Displays the REKA ID.

Description: Displays the description of the REKA ID.

Value: Displays the value for the REKA ID.
