Data details are displayed in this section depending on the selected REKA ID.
For example, REKA ID 4.1.1.3, Productive hours external, contains invoiced WIP times.
Wip No.: Displays the WIP number concerned.
Line No.: Displays the line number of the WIP.
Time: Displays the time in two columns, the first column with the HH:MM:SS time-format and the second column with the time as a decimal value.
Note: A Total line is displayed at the bottom of the grid in which the decimal time of the Time column is summarized.
For example, REKA ID 4.2.2, Non-productive hours, Vacation, contains the planned periods for a resource.
Resource: Displays the resource concerned.
Code: Displays the idle or adjustment code.
From Time: Displays the From time in the HH:MM time-format.
To Time: Displays the To time in the HH:MM time-format.
Duration: Displays the difference between the From time and To time in two columns, the first column with the HH:MM time-format and the second column with the time as a decimal value.
Note: A Total line is displayed at the bottom of the grid in which the standard time-format and decimal time of the Duration columns is summarized.
For example, REKA ID 5, Vehicle throughput per month.
WipNo: Displays the WIP number concerned.
RegNo: Displays the vehicle registration number concerned.
Count: Displays always 1 to count the total number of WIPs.

For example, REKA ID 7.1, Labour rate external, contains the WIP time, values and average.
Wip No.: Displays the WIP number concerned.
Line No.: Displays the line number of the WIP.
Time: Displays the time in two columns, the first column with the HH:MM:SS time-format and the second column with the time as a decimal value.
Rate: Displays the rate of the labour line.
Value: Displays the value of the labour line, exclusive VAT and discount.
Average: Always blank, only the total average is displayed.

Menu: Displays to which menu the labour line is linked.
Line No.: Displays the line number of the WIP.
Time/Qty: In case of a labour the it displays the time as a decimal value. In case of a part it displays the order quantity of the part concerned.
Rate/Price: Displays the rate of the labour line, or the selling price plus the sale of surcharge of the part.
