MBVS-Z export utility

The MBVS-Z export utility is designed to run in Timed operations and create export files, from the available Autoline CRM data, for the MBVS-Z program. The export process can run manually as well. To access the MBVS-Z export utility, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Country Specifics option, combined with company DE.
• Select from the German Country Specifics Main menu the Menu - CRM option.
• Select from the CRM Main menu the Menu - EKS option.
• Select from the EKS Main menu the MBVS-Z export option.
• The Export to MBVS-Z form is displayed.

The export files are created per CRM company or for all companies. To create an export file, you must:

• Select for what company or for all companies the export file must be created.
• Select the Export icon from the Toolbar.

Note: Necessary for the MBVS-Z interface is the set-up of the Mercedes-Benz Retailer ID's. The program processes for each retailer-ID that is set up in the MS/MB CRM parameters.

Log file

To view the logfile, which is created for each retailer ID per company, select the View logfile(s) icon from the Toolbar. The Select logfile to view form is displayed.

Each file listed with a filename MBVSZ_logfile_????? is a log file created by the MBVS-Z export process.

To view the log file, select it from the list and select the Ok button. The log file will be displayed.
