Extra form to select Cost Centres in CRM

For every CRM target and company record, one cost centre should be selected for each cost centre type, for exported to MBVS-Z. Selecting the cost centre type for export can be done in the MBVS-Z form in the CRM module. To select the Cost Centres types, you must:

For each Cost Centre type (Department), one cost centre should be selected, which will be exported to MBVS-Z. If for each Cost Centre type only one Cost Centres is selected, these Cost Centres are automatically selected. In that case it's not possible to change the selection. In case there are more then one Cost Centres for one Cost Centre type, this is considered to be an unclear situation.

All cost centres displayed in the form match the following criteria:

The form is displayed automatically in some cases as well. The following events will trigger the display of the Select Cost Centres to export to MBVS-Z form automatically:

MBVS-Z Cost Centres for companies

The Cost Centres to export to MBVS-Z form for companies displays all valid cost centres of all targets that are linked to the company. Also for a company the rule is that only one cost centre of a cost centre type can be exported to MBVS-Z.

If a company has more then one Customers linked, when manually changing the selected cost centre belonging a customer a message is displayed in which is asked to change all Cost Centres of that customer.

Select the Save option from the Toolbar to store any changed settings.
