
Set-up in extra forms CRM
To add and activate the new menu option Cost centre for MBVS-Z in the CRM module, you must:
- Select from the Main menu the CRM option.
- Select from the CRM Main menu the Kerridge utilities option.
- Select from the CRM Kerridge Utilities menu the CRM features (MK.functs) option.
- The MK Maintenance functions form is displayed in grid mode.
- Make sure that the records below are added to enable the extra MBVS-Z forms in the CRM module.
Customers
- Function ID - MBVSZ
- Where to put option - T
- Function or taskbar - F
- Function \ Taskbar ID - 'MBVSZ_ShowCostCentres(!T!)
- Menu description - Cost Centres for MBVS-Z
Companies
- Function ID - MBVSZ
- Where to put option - C
- Function or taskbar - F
- Function \ Taskbar ID - 'MBVSZ_ShowCostCentres(!C!)
- Menu description - Cost Centres for MBVS-Z
Return to the CRM Kerridge Utilities menu and select the Generate screens overlay option and Make the modules.
Return to the CRM Main menu and select from the CRM System Maintenance menu the User access control option.
- The CRM system's user access is displayed.
- Select the user for which the extra MBVS-Z forms must be added.
- Select the Amend button.
- Select the Available button's tab.
- Select from the Available button's dropdown the Company functions option.
- All buttons that can be added are displayed. Double click the MBVS-Z option to select it (it must be displayed in blue if it's selected).
- Select the Customer functions option from the Available button's dropdown, add the MBVS-Z option and save the user record by selecting the Save button.
Note: This must be set-up for every user in all CRM company!
