Set-up the MBVS-Z in Timed Operations

The MBVS-Z interface can also be set up to run in Timed operations schedule. To set up the program in the Timed Operations, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the System Utilities option
• Select from the System Utilities Main menu the Timed operations option
• Select from the Timed Operations menu the Configure Schedule option
• The Timed Operations Schedule from is displayed.
• Select from the CS module the option code CSDEEXP and complete the form.

Export of a 'check' file in timed operations

By setting the parameter Create an extra check file in End of Day; an extra 'check' file will be created when running the MBVS-Z interface in Timed Operations.

After the 'normal' DELTA load is finished for a company/retailer, the Check file will be created for this company/ retailer. The Check file filename will be the same as the normal filename of an export file but it will be extended with _chk. For example if the file VBA22919 is created, the Check file for this export will be named VBA22919_chk.

The export of a Check file will act exactly in the same way, as an initial load export would do. No Communication request will be created for a Check file.
