Running the program in the End of Day

It is possible to run the interface On line and as part of timed operations in EOD. Running the interface on line has been explained in the previous pages. Running the interface as part of timed operations in EOD is explained below.

• Select from the Main menu the System utilities option.
• Select from the System utilities menu the Timed Operations option.
• Select from the Timed Operations menu the Configure Schedule option.
• The Timed Operations Schedule screen is opened.
• Select the MS module from the available modules at the left of the screen.
• The programs in the MS module are displayed.
• Select the Smart Marketing Database Interface (MSMBCEX) from the list.
• Select the correct frequency and select the Add button.
• The Scheduling information form is displayed.
• Complete the fields on the Timing, Flags and Reports tabs and save the request by selecting the Ok button.
