The Company duplicates report lists customer records with identified duplicates.
Because you print the report via the Deduplication Utility, you will get the result of the list in the Database Cleansing form run by Fuzzy!Double.
When duplicates are found a list of these duplicates are displayed in the Database Cleansing form.
Warning: DQ Sensor - Calculation runs for Data Uniqueness reports. Starting a report for the specific Measurement category that results in processing lots of records will take al long time.
This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Database Cleansing Menu > Deduplication Utility > Companies toolbar button and Tools > Print menu bar command. It prints the displayed records of the grid.
Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.
Selection criteria are not available on the Company duplicates (MK) form.
Buttons:
OK: Processes the information entered on the form.
Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.
Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.
Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.
Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.
Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.
The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.
Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
