PBS export form

The PBS Export screen will export all PBS values from labourlines of the WIP that have passed the Discrepancy check. All the fields on the PBS export screen are explained below:

Fields on the screen

• Company: Company number of the Point of Sale company for which the PBS Interface has been set up.
• Name: Name of the Point of Sale company.
• Export: Tick if you want to export the PBS values of the Point of Sale company.

Buttons on the screen

• OK: Selecting the OK button will export the PBS values for the Point of Sale companies that have been checked.
• Cancel: Cancel will exit the screen without any actions.
• Help: The Help button will open the Helpfiles.

The PBS export form enables you to export the PBS values to the PBS program. To enter the PBS export form, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Country Specifis menu opion, together with company Germany.
• Select from the Country Specific - German Specifics menu the Export labour for Time and PBS option.
• The PBS Export form is opened.

Export PBS lines

The grid displays the Point of Sale companies for which the PBS Interface is activated.

The OK button or the Labour Data option in the Export menu will export the PBS values for the selected Point of Sale companies. The PBS values are exported when:

• New PBS lines without discrepanties.
• PBS lines which have been deleted.
• Lines that have been changed.

History

All exported PBS data is written in history table. This enbales the user to export all previously sent data again to the PBS program. To export history data, you must:

• Select from the PBS Export form the History option from the Export menu.
• Enter the date range for which you want to export the historical PBS data again.
• Select the Ok button to export the historical data.

CDIF Return codes

The CDIF communication program will return a return after the exported PBS values from autoline have been received. This return code will be written on the PBS record in the history file.
