Export PBS values

To export the PBS values, you must make sure that the PBS values that you want to export passed the Discrepancy check. There are two ways to export the PBS values, both are explained below:

Point of sale

The export option in Point of Sale is only capable to export the labour lines of the WIP currently loaded.

• Select the WIP for which you want to export the PBS lines.
• Enter the PBS Interface.
• Select the Save to PBS file and export icon from the Toolbar.

  All labour lines that passed the discrepanties check are exported.

Country Specifics

The Export labour for Time and PBS option in the Country Specific menu is capable to export the labour lines that passed the discrepantiesfor all wips.

• Select from the Main menu the Country Specifis menu opion, together with company Germany.
• Select from the Country Specific - German Specifics menu the Export labour for Time and PBS option.
• The Export labour for Time and PBS screen is opened.
• Tick the Point of Sale companies for which you want to export the PBS values.
• Select the OK button to export the PBS values.
• After the export a mail is sent which informs the user that the exportfile has been created.

Note: In both cases, export from Point of Sale and the export from the Country Specifics module the export values are send by CDIF. CDIF must be installed in order export the PBS values, otherwise no data is exported!
