After the PBS values have been exported, it is still possible to change the values on the exported PBS lines.
If any already exported PBS line is changed or removed, at export the history file is checked and if a line is changed, the PBS line is exported again.
It is also possible to delete all PBS lines after they have been exported, in that case when a new export is done these lines will not be send to the PBS program anymore.
