The VIT files are searched in the Transfer base directory which is set in the General Parameters parameters.

Note: The information about the current model from the import file may be poor and not fit to the franchise data stored in the Autoline system. The import program runs the FDOK interface to receive the engine number for the given chassis number. The chassis number and, if available, the engine number is used to search for a baumuster.
- If this search finds more than one matching baumuster a Baumuster search form is displayed to let the user select a baumuster.
- If the search only finds a single baumuster or if the user selects a model, it is used for the new vehicle.
- If the search finds more than one baumuster and the user either clicks Cancel in the Baumuster search form or the import runs in timed operations the import program is not able to determine a model from the baumuster file. In this case the data from the import file is used just as for non MB vehicles.Last file: Displays the name of the last VIT file imported.
Last import date: Displays the date the last VIT file was imported.
Last import time: Displays the time that the last VIT file was imported.
Last line number:: Defines the last line number of the last VIT file imported.
