Maintaining Campaign Headers

This form is a standard Grid/Column editor. The Campaign headers form enables the maintenance of the campaign header database records using Autoline's standard record maintenance facility.

Warning: Autoline's data maintenance function should only be used by high level and knowledgeable users.

Campaign Headers Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Service campaigns > New service campaigns module > Settings TableAmend.gif toolbar button > Direct database access - Campaigns

Fields:

Campaign ID: System generated unique campaign identifier.

Factory: Factory code sent from the Manufacturer.

Department: Department requesting the campaign (KD or Service), sent from the Manufacturer.

Code word: Unique number sent from the Manufacturer.

Territory: Territory code sent from the Manufacturer.

Campaign number: Campaign number sent from the Manufacturer.

Valid from: Indicates the date from which the campaign is active.

Valid until: Indicates the date when this campaign ends.

Campaign id:

Package number: Number of the menu, part or labour line used in the campaign.

Maximum time needed: Indicates the maximum allowed work time, if warranty can be claimed.

Maximum parts: Indicates the maximum number of parts allowed in case warranty is claimed.

Maximum sundries: Indicates the maximum number of incidental charges.

Warranty / Goodwill: Indicates if this is a Warranty (Yes) or a Goodwill (No) campaign.

Description: Description of the campaign.

Owner: Indicates the owner of the campaign.

On behalf of: Indicates the CRM department codes (cost centres). This can differ per selected company.

Contact type: Defined the contact made with the customer.

Creation date camp: Indicates the date the campaign was created.

Last update camp: Indicates the date the campaign was last updated.

Dealer campaign: Defines if the campaign is a dealer campaign.

Receiver letter:

Open/Close: Indicates that the campaign is Open or Closed.

Manufacturer code: Indicates the manufacturer (MB = Mercedes-Benz) of this campaign.

Campaign mk Compy: Defines the CRM company.

Show in Point of Sal: Indicates that a check is to carried out on this service campaign when a vehicle is loaded in Point of Sale.

Close campaign: Indicates that the campaign is closed.

Warranty code: Indicates the warranty code.

TGA code: Indicates the TGA Code for the Damage Code.
