Fields:
Campaign ID: System generated unique campaign identifier.
Sequence number: System generated unique vehicle record identifier.
Vehicle magic: CRM vehicle magic number.
Driver magic: CRM target magic number.
Contact magic: CRM contact magic number.
Mail send: Indicates that mail can be sent to the customer.
Car is selected: Indicates if the car is selected.
Printed on date: Indicates the date the letter is printed.
Last letter send: Indicates the date the last letter was sent to the customer.
Car exist in MK: Indicates if the car is stored in CRM.
Marketing company: CRM company number.
Is car serviced: Indicates that the vehicle is serviced on a regular basis.
W Vehicle waiting for service.
U Vehicle not found.
Y Vehicle serviced.
I Vehicle in service.
N Vehicle not serviced.
X Vehicle hidden.
Reason not serviced:
0 Car not selected for ‘Reason not serviced’.
1 Vehicle stolen.
2 Covered by insurance.
3 Vehicle scrapped.
4 New address or customer unknown.
5 Customer rejects service campaign.
6 Additional territory notified.
New territory: Indicates the new territory of the car when the ‘Additional territory notified’ of ‘Reason not serviced’ is used.
Date finished service: Date the vehicle is serviced in point of sales or date the vehicle is moved to ‘Reason not serviced’.
Car send to manufacturer: Indicates if the car is sent to the manufacturer via the Send to DAG function.
Date car send to manufacturer: Indicates the date that the car is sent to the manufacturer.
Company car: Indicates that the vehicle is a company car.
Chassis number: Full 17 character vehicle identification number plus an 18th validation digit of the vehicle identification number.
Engine number: Engine number of vehicle.
Model type: Model reference number.
Registration number: Registration/licence number of the vehicle.
Extra information: Customer name and address.
Car is send by manufacturer: Yes in case of a manufacturer campaign, No when manually added or dealer campaign.
WIP number: Point of Sales Work in Progress number.
Contact sequence No: System generated contact identifier of the customer record in CRM.
EVA Info: Filled with a date when EVA campaigns are used.
POScompany: Defines the Point of Sales operating company.
