How do I Import Selected AOI Data:
Select Nominal ledger and the company you want from the main menu.
The Nominal Ledger Menu is displayed.
Select AOI Options menu.
The Accounts Open Interface menu is displayed.
Select Accounts Open Interface.
The Accounts Open Interface form is displayed.
Select Actions > Selective AOI Import.
The Import Definition Form is displayed.
Select the data you want to import and click Ok.
The information you selected will be imported.
This form is displayed when you click Nominal ledger > Accounts Open Interface (AOI) Menu > Accounts Open Interface > Actions > Selective AOI Import. It is used to import defined AOI data.
Please select the import definition that you would like to process: Used to select the type of data to import.
Buttons:
Ok: Imports any selected data and returns to the Accounts Open Interface.
Cancel: Cancels any selection made and returns to the Accounts Open Interface.
Help: Displays this help file in your default browser.
