Here you can compare the differences between the service contract information retrieved from EVA is equal to the information on the CRM vehicle record.
Note: Please set up the Service contract details tab of the EVA Online parameters.
This form is displayed when you click Yes in the Update Service contract information message, or the Save symbol in the gridline of the Update CRM column from the Service Contracts grid on the EVA information tab of the Customer and Vehicle Information form. It lets you compare the differences between the service contract information retrieved from EVA and the CRM vehicle record.
Buttons:
Accept: Updates the CRM vehicle record concerned and returns to the Customer and Vehicle Information.
The Update CRM column contains a Tick symbol on the gridline of the Service Contracts grid on the EVA information tab of the Customer and Vehicle Information form, indicating that the service contract information retrieved from EVA is equal to the information on the CRM vehicle record.
Note: It is not possible to make a selection of fields which should be updated, all contract information is updated or not.
Reject: Rejects the update, the service contract information retrieved from EVA and the CRM vehicle record will be different, and returns you to the Customer and Vehicle Information form.
The Update CRM column contains a Save symbol on the gridline of the Service Contracts grid on the EVA information tab of the Customer and Vehicle Information form, indicating that the service contract information retrieved from EVA differs to the information on the CRM vehicle record.

Compare Changes Grid:
The fields that are available for updating are displayed with a red background.
First column: Displays the description of the service contract information.
Value Autoline CRM: Displays the value in the CRM vehicle record.
Value EVA: Displays the value retrieved from EVA.
