Select Upholstery, Paintcolor Or Equipment

The Select Upholstery, Paintcolor or Equipment form is used to select an upholstery code, a colour code or a vehicle option for a UVS-In vehicle.

Select Upholstery, Paintcolor Or Equipment Form

This form is displayed when you click, one of:

Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - UVS-In > UVS-In interface to display the UVS-In - Monitor form > double click on a vehicle in the grid to display the UVS-In form > click on the + in front of VEHICLEDATA in the grid > and you right click on the Colorcode and description field > and you select Change paint-code.

Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - UVS-In > UVS-In interface to display the UVS-In - Monitor form > double click on a vehicle in the grid to display the UVS-In form > click on the + in front of OPTIONS ON VEHICLE in the grid > and you right click on a vehicle option > and you select Add new UVS-In-options.

Menu Bar and Action:

Menu bar	Action
File > Select	Selects an upholstery, paintcolor or equipment code and saves the value on the vehicle in the UVS-In form.
File > Close	Returns you to the UVS-In form.

Help > Help	Displays this help file in a web browser.

Search filter criteria: Enter a value to filter the search results in the grid.

Grid:

Code: Displays the upholstery, paintcolor or equipment code.

Description: Displays the description of the code.

Select: Select to include the equipment code in the selection.

Note: The Select column is only available for equipment codes.

Select an upholstery code

To select an upholstery code:

In the UVS-In form, click on VEHICLEDATA to expand the vehicle details.
Right-click on the value in the Trimcode and description field within the Actual UVS-In content to be sent column.
Select Change upholstery-code.

The Select Upholstery, Paintcolor or Equipment form is displayed.
Select an upholstery code from the list.
Click on Select in the Toolbar.

The UVS-In form is displayed and the new upholstery code is updated on the UVS-In contents.
Click on Save in the Toolbar.

The changes are saved on the UVS-In contents of the vehicle and the UVS-In - Monitor form is displayed.

Select a paintcolor code

To select a paintcolor code:

In the UVS-In form, click on VEHICLEDATA to expand the vehicle details.
Right-click on the value in the Colorcode and description field within the Actual UVS-In content to be sent column.
Select Change paint-code.

The Select Upholstery, Paintcolor or Equipment form is displayed.
Select a paintcolor code from the list.
Click on Select in the Toolbar.

The UVS-In form is displayed and the new paintcolor code is updated on the UVS-In contents.
Click on Save in the Toolbar.

The changes are saved on the UVS-In contents of the vehicle and the UVS-In - Monitor form is displayed.

Select an equipment code

To select an equipment code:

In the UVS-In form, click on OPTIONS ON VEHICLE to expand the vehicle options.
Right-click on an equipment code within the Actual UVS-In content to be sent column.
Select Add new UVS-In options.

The Select Upholstery, Paintcolor or Equipment form is displayed.
Select an equipment code from the list.
Click on Select in the Toolbar.

The UVS-In form is displayed and the new equipment code is updated on the UVS-In contents.
Click on Save in the Toolbar.

The changes are saved on the UVS-In contents of the vehicle and the UVS-In - Monitor form is displayed.
