E-mail tab

The Email tab gives the possibility to set up in what situation and to whom an e-mail should be sent.

• Send e-mail if NOK: Tick if an e-mail must be sent if the communication went ok.
• Send e-mail if OK: Tick if an e-mail must be sent if the communication went not ok.
• Use e-mail Marketing: Tick if an e-mail must be sent to the user set up in the MB parameters if a Marketing file is sent.
• Use e-mail Sales: Tick if an e-mail must be sent to the user set up in the MB parameters if a Sales file is sent.
• Use e-mail Service: Tick if an e-mail must be sent to the user set up in the MB parameters if a Service file is sent.
• Use e-mail Accounting: Tick if an e-mail must be sent to the user set up in the MB parameters if a Accounting file is sent.
• Use e-mail Parts: Tick if an e-mail must be sent to the user set up in the MB parameters if a Parts file is sent.
