The Offer choice of signatories functionality offers the possibility to print a variety of document types or forms with a signature, depending on the business type, respectively for handling NDL used vehicle processes. For example, print the correct name with the correct prefix and includes selection options of name and prefix for the signature line.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to System > NDL format parameters > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser.

The Format stationeries used with offer choice of signatories grid lists a predefined set of formats. When one of these formats is used to produce a document a new form, in which the signatory is defined, will be displayed before printing is executed.
Note: This is a predefined set of formats and cannot be extended.
Format: Displays the identifier of the format containing the module and the three letter code of the format stationery.
Note: The available formats cannot be changed or deleted. It is also not possible to add new formats.
Description: Displays the description of the format. The content of the column description can be edited.
Type: Displays the signatures type code. This code determines the look of the Signatures form.
A - Signature Left - Right: Displays left and right prefix and signatures fields on the Signatures form.
B - Signature Left - Right - Reason: Displays left and right prefix and signatures fields plus mandatory reason field on the Signatures form.
C - Signature Right: Displays right prefix and signatures fields on the Signatures form.
D - Signature Left: Displays left prefix and signatures fields on the Signatures form.
Note: Type code C enables only the prefix and signature fields on the Signature form for the right-side signature. All other fields are invisible.
