Three ways to select a labour item:
Enter RTS codes in the POS search field.
Search for RTS codes without ASRA installed.
Search for RTS codes with ASRA installed.
In Point of Sale one can directly select the RTS code by typing the RTS code in the Search field, preceded by a hash. For example:
When no correct baumuster is attached to the WIP, the Baumuster search screen is opened.
When found, the baumusters that match the search criteria are shown.
Note: When you have selected the correct baumuster line, the Model code field is filled with e.g. 001221-8116. 001221 stands for the MB-Service model code, -8116 is the unique key from the baumuster file. This ensures that if it is not possible to locate a baumuster by the chassisnumber and service model code, the correct record will be selected. Also the chassisnumber is filled with a value e.g. WDB2021211G000001, which is a combination of a part of the chassisnumber that is known, this is also done with the Prod. From production number.
After you have selected the correct baumuster, the Labour Details screen is displayed.
Note: In case a line number is typed after the RTS code, so e.g. #01240099, the program will react as follow. In case of a 99-line number, it will accept the line number and assign zero as the allowed time. In case the line number is different from the 99-line number, it will recalculate the line number to the correct line number and load the correct allowed time.
