Advanced Used Vehicle Search Criteria

This form is displayed when you select the Advanced menu button on the Used Vehicle Search form.

Note: The use of the advanced search criteria may impact the search performance.

Advanced Selection Criteria Form

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Exit		Exits the form without storing any entered data and returns you to the Used Vehicle Search Form.
File > Save		Exits the form and saves the entered criteria to memory so that they can be used in the Used Vehicle Search.
File > Reset	—	This option will reset all criteria to the values as it were when entering the form. Any changes to the criteria will be lost.
File > Clear	—	Clears all the search criteria.
Help > Help		Displays this help topic in a web browser.

The available advanced search criteria are:

• Commercial vehicles:

  • Vehicle description/baumuster: Enter the vehicle description or baumuster. The baumuster check is done on the chassis number. This is a free text field.

  • Fuel type: Select the ellipse button to select the fuel type. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Transmission: Select the ellipse button to select the transmission code. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Generic colour: Select the ellipse button to select the generic colour code as defined in Franchsise Data. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Generic trim: Select the ellipse button to select the generic trim code as defined in Franchsise Data. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Colour: Enter the colour of the vehicles to search on. This is a free text field.

  • Length: Enter the vehicle’s length (in mm) to search on. This is a free text field.

  • Width: Enter the vehicle’s width (in mm) to search on. This is a free text field.

  • Height: Enter the vehicle’s height (in mm) to search on. This is a free text field.

  • Special options: Enter the special feature(s) to search on. Multiple entries are possible and should be seperated by the ";" semicolon. Select the Exclude option if the special option(s) are to be excluded from the search.

  • Previous usage: Select the ellipse button to select the previous usage code. Multiple selections are allowed. Select the Exclude option if the selected code(s) are to be excluded from the search.

  • Previous owners: Enter the maximum number of previous owners. If set the number of previous owners on the vehicle record should be less or equal to the entered number.

• Passenger vehicles:

  • Vehicle description/baumuster: Enter the vehicle description or baumuster. The baumuster check is done on the chassis number. This is a free text field.

  • Transmission: Select the ellipse button to select the transmission code. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Generic colour: Select the ellipse button to select the generic colour code as defined in Franchsise Data. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Generic trim: Select the ellipse button to select the generic trim code as defined in Franchsise Data. Multiple selections are allowed.

  • Colour: Enter the colour of the vehicles to search on. This is a free text field.

  • Special options: Enter the special feature(s) to search on. Multiple entries are possible and should be seperated by the ";" semicolon. Select the Exclude option if the special option(s) are to be excluded from the search.

  • Exclude damage: Select to exclude damaged vehicles from the search results.

  • Previous usage: Select the ellipse button to select the previous usage code. Multiple selections are allowed. Select the Exclude option if the selected code(s) are to be excluded from the search.

  • Previous owners: Enter the maximum number of previous owners. If set the number of previous owners on the vehicle record should be less or equal to the entered number.

  • Pre tax flag: Select to include all vehicles or only tax or no tax vehicles.
