Used Vehicle Store Search

This form is displayed when you select the Store menu button on the Used Vehicle Search form.

Used Vehicle Store Search Form

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Exit		Exits the form without storing any entered data and returns you to the Used Vehicle Search Form.
File > Save		Exits the form and saves the entered criteria to be used as a search agent. The search program needs to be scheduled in timed operations.
File > Delete		Delete the selected stored search.
File > Clear		Clears all the search criteria.
File > Restore	—	Exits the form, restore the selected search criteria and refreshes the results panel.
Help > Help		Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Fields:

• Search name: Enter short description for the stored search.

• Automated search: Select if this search is to be used as a search agent in timed operations.

• Completion date: The latest date on which the agent ran successful. This field is non–editable.

• Search id: A unique identifier for the search. This field is non–editable.

• Search name: The user’s id of the user who created the search. This field is non–editable.

Stored Searches Grid:

All stored searches are displayed in this grid.

• Name: The name of the stored search.

• Auto: Indicator if the stored search is flag as a automated search.

• Completed: Date on which the last successful automated search (agent) was executed.

• User ID: The user’s id of the user who created the search.

• Search ID: The unique identifier for the stored search.
