Vehicle Short List

With this function you can select specific used cars and define a revised sales price for these vehicles. The selected vehicles are defined for the current selected customer or the selected user, if no customer was selected.

Vehicle Short List Form

This form is displayed when you click Showroom > Quotations > Used Vehicle to display the Used Vehicle Search form and you click the Edit > Vehicle short list menu bar command. It lets you select specific used cars and define a revised sales price for these vehicles.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

File > Exit Exit.gif Returns you to the previous form.
File > Print Print.gif

Offers a the selection to print or to preview the current vehicle short list, and displays a dialog box in which you can select the output format.

Note: The preview function is available when Print preview is set up in the Sales printing parameters.

File > Email

Displays a dialog box in which you can select the output format and Email the current vehicle short list.

Note: This function is available when Email support is set up in the Sales printing parameters and only for Print Manager printers.

File > Fax

Displays a dialog box in which you can select the output format and fax the current vehicle short list.

Note: This function is available when Fax support is set up in the Sales printing parameters and only for Print Manager printers with fax support activated.

Edit > Vehicle details

Opens the Vehicle short list details form and populates the details of the selected vehicle.

Edit > Clear List

-

Clears all vehicles from the short list.

Edit > Include VAT / Exclude VAT

Toggles the displays of the price special prices to inclusive or exclusive VAT

Vehicle short list Grid:

Displays information of the selected vehicles, for example, Registration, Description, Location, Colour and Special price.

Tip: Click the last cell of the grid row to display the vehicle via print, fax or mail. A Print icon is displayed in the last cell of the grid row after selection to identify that the vehicle is used in the print, email or fax function.

Note: By double clicking a line, the details of the selected vehicle are displayed in the Vehicle short list details form.
