Reason vehicle not being serviced

This form is used to define the reason why a service campaign is rejected.

Reason vehicle not being serviced Form

This form is displayed when you click the Reject campaign for this vehicle shortcut menu of the Active service campaigns grid on the Customer and Vehicle Information One Screen form.

Menu Bar and Action:

Please select reason why the vehicle is not being serviced Grid:

Code: Display the available reason codes.

Reasons description: Display the available reason descriptions.

Action: Display the corresponding action for the reason.

Note: Six standard reasons are automatically added by the service campaign program. Alternative reasons can be added on the Reasons Not Serviced tab in the Service Campaigns Parameters.

Select a Reason

To select a reason:

1. Select the required reason in the grid.

2. Click File > Save menu bar command.

   The Reason vehicle not being serviced Form is closed and returned to Customer and Vehicle Information One Screen form.

3. The selected reason code is saved against the service campaign.
