German Specific Address Purchase Ledger form

The German Specific Address Purchase Ledger form is available in the Purchase Ledger module. To enter the Purchase Ledger module, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Purchase Ledger option.
• Select from the Purchase Ledger Main menu the Add/modify accounts option.
• The Creditor accounts form is displayed.
• Select with help of the Search function an Account record or create a new record by selecting the Create button.
• In case of editing an existing record, select the Amend button.
• Click the address grid to edit the address details. The German Company addressing form is displayed.

Because of the parameter settings and the Classic Car Center setting, the form can look different. All fields on the form are explained below:

Name

Without the Classic Car Center setting:

• Title: Enter the title of the account.
• Shortname: Enter the short name of the account. Be aware that this field is used in the search functions!!
• Name: Enter the name of the account.
• Name 2: Enter if necessary the name 2 of the account.

  With the Classic Car Center setting:

• Shortname: Enter the short name of the account. Be aware that this field is used in the search functions!!
• Name: Enter the name of the account.

  Note: The next three fields are stored in the database field WORKADDR occ.1., WORKADDR occ.2. and WORKADDR occ.3.

Address

• Street: Enter the Street of the Account address.

  Depending on the Use district parameter:

  • Postcode / City: Enter the Postcode and City of the Account address.
  • District: Enter the District of the Account address.

    or

  • Postcode: Enter the Postcode of the Account address.
  • City: Enter the City of the Account address.

PO Box

• PO Box: Enter the PO Box of the Post office address if available.
• Postcode and City: Enter the Postcode and City of the Post office address if available.

Country

• Country
: Select the Country code from the dropdown.

Save the record by selecting the Save button.
