The Action menu gives the possibility to for example start the communication. All option in the menu are explained below.
The Start communication option will start the Communication program. This means that the program will try to process all the requests on the Communication Request tab.
By selecting this option from the Action menu, the Communication program is started manually. It is also possible and more convenient to set up the Communication program in the End of Day routine.
Selecting the Communicate constantly option from the Action menu will immediately send a request when it is created.
The Refresh option will refresh the screens. This maybe possible when someone is starting the Communication manually and you are at the same time in the Communication program. In this case requests can already have been sent, but your screen hasn't been refreshed.
Selecting the Remove old archive files option will purge the archived files then they have been in the archive longer than the number of days set up on the Communication type.
