Troubleshooting

Some examples that might occur when setting up the software.

No WIP

The WIP is not displayed in the Confirmation Orders to Dealers grid, it might be the case that:

• The parts lines on the WIP have not been decarded (invoiced or requisition printed)
• No dealer parameters have been created for the Sales Ledger account number from which the parts lines have been decarded

The WIP line is displayed in red.

If the WIP line is displayed in red, you must:

• Return to the WIP in Point of Sale and enter the Order Number on the Order tab.

Red Parts Details

If the Customer Order Details form displays part numbers in red:

• The part numbers are not in the Price file.

  Note: This must be considered as a warning because it is possible that the price file at the importer site is not up to date.
