Communication program

After the Dealer Confirmation Order has been generated, it will be sens and can be viewed in the Communication module.

To view the request, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Manufacturer systems option, together with company MB
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main menu, Menu - Utilities option
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Utilities Main menu the Communication option

Depending on the settings of the Communication type, the request is on the Communication Request tab or on the Communication Archive tab.

To view the Dealer Confirmation Order, you must:

• Select the request.
• Select the View button to view the contents of the created file.
• Sending the generated file to the dealer is action 7 in the process.
