After grouping work order lines to a warranty code, you can attach a damage code (imported ESKULAB request) to the concerning warranty codes.
Right-click on the selected warranty code in the Amend Warranty Codes form opens this form.
To the existing form several options are added for the use of the EVA interface.
To assign a damage code:
Click the Refresh button to retrieve all the Decided Eskulabs (Damage codes) from EVA for the requested vehicle.
Select the decided ESKULAB (damage code) you want to assign to the Warranty code.
Click the Import button to retrieve the data of the decided ESKULAB from EVA.
The Damagecodes, Evaluation method and Percentage fields are filled.
Click OK to continue with the chosen decided ESKULAB (damage code).
The Amend Warranty Codes form is opened, on the left side of the form you can see that the decided ESKULAB (damage code) is assigned to the warranty code.
Click OK to continue.
The Point of Sale form is opened, in the W column of the Product list the attached warranty code is displayed per work order line.
Fields
Evaluation method: Displays the evaluation method of the ESKULAB request.
Percentage: Displays the customer share (to be paid by the customer) and acceptance percentages of labour, parts, sublet and handling per selected ESKULAB request.
The total amount of the work order lines is divided to the specific invoices as follows:
Invoice to customer is the customer share of labour.
Invoice to warranty or goodwill is the (100 - Invoice to customer) * acceptance percentage of labour / 100.
Invoice to internal account is the (100 - Invoice to customer) * (100 - acceptance percentage of labour) / 100.
For parts, sublets and handling the same formulas are used for calculation of the right percentages. The results of these calculations are stored in Autoline. EVA only returns the customer share and acceptance percentage.
These percentages are used when you do a split of the work order lines.
Decided Eskulabs: Displays the TGA, Damage code, Description, Decision date, Authorisation, REPCO number, User ID and State of ESKULAB requests in a list for the concerning vehicle.
