Elektronic Parts Catalogue Interface Form (flexible publishing)

The Elektronic Parts Catalogue Interface form is displayed automatically in Point-of-Sale when you click the EPC button. When you save a shoppinglist in EPC, the system populates this form with the data. Within this form, you can determine the items that you want to load onto a WIP.

Chassisnumber: The chassisnumber from the marketing vehicle record.

Wip number: The work-in-progress number.

Tip: If you have not saved the WIP previously, this field displays 0 (zero).

Elektronic Parts Catalogue Input

Partnumber: The partnumber.

Description: A description of the partnumber.

Qty: The quantity of the selected part.

Stock: The quantity of the part in stock.

Free: The not-reserved quantity of the part in stock.

Disc%: The given discount.

Total: The selling price of the stockfile of the part.

Load: A tick symbol in this column indicates that the item will be loaded onto the WIP when you click the Load to Wip button.
If the Create from price file of the Generic Parts Parameters is ticked, you can also set a tick in the Load column of a specific part number for which the price file record is available and no stock record exist.

Tip: All fields are selected by default. Click an item to deselect it.

PUSH BUTTONS

Load to Wip: Loads the selected parts onto the WIP.

Cancel: Closes the form and returns you to the WIP without loading any parts.

Style

The system highlights lines in a different colour to alert you to any discrepancies.
