Generate standard files from ASRA

The standard files from ASRA can be generated in the Program Manager of Mercedes-Benz. To generate the files, you must:

• Select the Start button from the Windows Taskbar.
• Select the Programs option from the Start menu.

  Note: You must have the Mercedes-Benz Program Manager installed, otherwise the options will not appear!

• Select from the Programs option the Mercedes-Benz PM option.
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz PM option the PM option.
• The Login form of the Program Manager is displayed.
  • Enter the login and password. By default they are set on Admin.

• The DB Program Manager form is opened.
• Select from the DB Program Manager menu the Admin option.
• The DB Program Manager will change. It will contains amougst others the AWATSO option.
• Select the AWATSO option.
• The ASRA spooler form is opened.
• After you have completed the ASRA spooler form, select the Spoolout starten button to start the export of the files.

  Warning: Please check the messages in the screen if any errors did occur during the export!

• After the files have been created, it is possible to upload them in Autoline, using the Master Data After Sales option.
