Introduction

ASRA is an integral part of the Mercedes-Benz Workshop Information System (WIS). It is a Windows NT based product that allows you to access:

• Working Units

• Standard Texts

• Flat Rate and Operation Texts

• Damage Keys

• Factory Technical Documentation

A Point-of-Sale (POS) interface has been developed on the Autoline system that allows you to start ASRA direct from a Service WIP in order to build a shopping list and load labour items onto the WIP.

Set-up

Before you build a shopping list, you must ensure that you set up both the WIS/ASRA software and the Autoline system correctly.
