The Workshop Information System Interface form is displayed automatically in Point-of-Sale when you click the Asra button. When you save a job order file in ASRA, the system populates this form with the data. Within this form, you can determine the items that you want to load onto a WIP.
Chassisnumber: The chassis number from the marketing vehicle record.
Wip number: The work-in-progress number.
Tip: If you have not saved the WIP previously, this field displays 0 (zero).

Product: The product code.
Description: A description of the product code.
Qty: The labour time.
Damagekey: The warranty damage code connected to the labour item in ASRA.
Load: A tick symbol in this column indicates that the item will be loaded onto the WIP when you click the Load to Wip button.
Tip: All fields are selected by default.
Double-click an item to deselect it.PUSH BUTTONS
Load to Wip: Loads the selected items onto the WIP.
Cancel: Closes the form and returns you to the WIP wwthout loading any labour.
Style
The system highlights lines in a different colour to alert you to any discrepancies.
Tip: It is only possible to load an unknown RTS code to the WIP if the option Create unknown RTS-code is checked within the Autoline MB Parameters & Controls.
Note: The Create unknown RTS-code is only available when using the 'old' RTS code structure.
