Retrieve damage codes from WIS / ASRA in Point of Sale

It is possible to retrieve damage codes, before you invoice the WIP and create a claim, within Point of Sale.

When the WIP is completed, it is again possible to add damage codes to the lines, by retreiving them from WIS / ASRA.

To retrieve these damage codes from WIS / ASRA, you have to have a WIP on the screen, with the lines you want to add the damage codes to.

To add the damagecodes, you have to select the Overall button. Now a screen is opened with three tabpages.

Select the WIS / ASRA tab page. On this tab page, the labour lines are displayed. When you select a labour line, the buttons on the right are active.

When you select the Damagekey button, the WIS / ASRA system is started. Select the damagecode, close the WIS / ASRA system and return to Autoline. Now the damage code is assigned to the labour line.

It is also possible to retrieve the allowed time for the labour line and the documentation on the labour, when available, from WIS / ASRA.

Assign the damagecodes in Point of Sale

To assign the damage codes to the corresponding parts you have to return to the WIP screen. Notice that W-codes that have been attached to the labour lines which have a damage code attached.

To link these W codes to the corresponding parts, you need to:

Click the W in the header of the WIP lines, a screen in which the assigning of menu codes is done, is opened.

The screen shows the WIP lines on the right, the assigned warranty codes on the left and at the bottom of the screen you have the opportunity to create the warranty codes.
To create and assign a menu code, enter the menu code in the options area.
When you want to assign the labour line to the part line by damage code, press the Reset button and create for example warranty code W1, select the labour line and parts line you want assign and press the arrow which points to the left. Create a new warranty code and assign the unassigned part- and labour line to the warranty code.
To assign the damage code from the labour line also to the part, click with you right mouse button on the warranty code. Now a little screen is displayed.
After pressing the OK button, the damage code is assigned to the warranty code.
