Warranty Labour rates

Before you can use the Warranty interface, you must set up the Warranty Labour rate. To set up the parameter, you must:

• Enter the Point-of-Sale module.
• Select the Miscellaneous options menu.
• Select the Labour rates option.
• Labour rates are set-up by franchise. If you want to check or change the labour rate for warranty, select the Normal table edit option. The Labour Rates screen is opened.
• When you want to create a new labour rate code, click with your right mouse button on a field in the grid.
• Select the insert row option and create your new labour rate.

• From this menu it is also possible to delete or edit a row, copy the contents a field or put a filter on the labour rates.

Note: When you create a new labour rate, always check if the labour rate is put into the Point of Sale posting tables!
