The vehicle stockbooks import function allows you to view details of the order that has been / or will be imported into the Autoline system.
This form is displayed when you click Vehicle Stockbooks (Module) and Company > Vehicle Administration > New toolbar button > Show button > Select button.

Vehicle and order information:
Order number: Display of the vehicle order number.
Commission no: Display of the vehicle commission number.
Variant: Display of the vehicle variant code and description.
Vehicle Specification:
Colour: Display of the vehicle colour description.
Trim: Display of the vehicles trim description.
Specification details:
Type: Display of the import type.

- C: Colours
- D: Dealer fitted options
- F: Factory
- I: Insurance
- P: Packs
- T: Trims
- W: Extended Warranty options
Code: Display of the option code.
Description: Display of the import option description.
Value: Display of the option value.
Info: Select to display more information about the import line.
Customer details:
Name: Display of the customers name associated with the order / vehicle.
Street: Display of the address of the customer associated with the order/vehicle.
City: Display of the city the customer associated with the order / vehicle.
