CRM standard knows many diverse and special functions (e.g. user defined forms). These options are activated via the CRM features (MK.functs).
The UVS-Out option is also a function that is defined in the CRM features, where after you need to generate the CRM screens overlay and authorise per Autoline user that the UVS-Out option is available or not. The UVS-Out option is then also available under the menu-item Vehicle options.
The actual display of the UVS-Out option depends on the priority of the user in the CRM module versus the minimum Priority on using UVS-Out in CRM set in the Vehicle Information Interface Parameters.
To activate the UVS-Out function in the CRM vehicle form, complete the following procedure:
Check the UVS-Out function in CRM feature file MK.funct
Authorise the UVS-Out function per user id
Tip: If you want to use the Search Stock functionality, you have to make sure that the files of Tick sheets (MK.ticks) are available. For Vehicle specification, you need to have the Vehicle specifications files (MK.vspec) available.
The same procedure is completed for the functions ticks (Tick sheet) and vspec (Specification). These options are displayed under the menu item Vehicle options of CRM.
To check the UVS-Out function in CRM feature file MK.funct:
Select from the Main menu the CRM menu, combined with concerned company.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM menu the Advanced system admin menu.
The CRM ADVANCED SYSTEM ADMIN menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM ADVANCED SYSTEM ADMIN menu the CRM features (MK.functs) option.
The MK maintenance functions form is displayed.
Check if the Function ID FDOK exists or has the right values.

To generate CRM screens overlay:
Select from the Main menu the CRM menu, combined with concerned company.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM menu the Advanced system admin menu.
The CRM ADVANCED SYSTEM ADMIN menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM ADVANCED SYSTEM ADMIN menu the Generate screens overlay option.
The Generate CRM Menu Control Module form is displayed.
Click OK.
After the Make modules process, the UVS-Out (Vehicle Information Interface) option is available in CRM if the user is authorised.
To authorise a user:
Select from the Main menu the CRM menu, combined with concerned company.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM menu the System maintenance menu.
The CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu the User access control option.
The CRM system's user access form is displayed.
Select the concerning User id.
Click Amend.
Select the Available buttons tab.
Select the V - Vehicle functions from the Available buttons Dropdown list.
Double-click on FDOK in the list so that the option is highlighted. If the function text is the colour blue, then it is available for the selected user.
Click Save.
The UVS-Out (Vehicle Information Interface) option is available in the CRM for the chosen User id.
