The Menu-Stats area provides a detailed analysis of the Menu pricing packages gross, discount, net values and percentages. A more explanatory narrative is available by selecting the Legend image.

Package code: Unique Menu package code.
Package description: Description of the Menu package.
Package cost: Total cost of the Menu package.
Menu Labour:
Note: Menu Labour items are only displayed if the menu package contains labour.
Labour code: Labour operation code.
Labour description: Description of labour operation.
Allowed: Maximum time allowed for Labour item.
Rate: User defined hourly work rate.
Lineprice: Value based upon Allowed * Rate.
Menu Parts:
Note: Menu Parts items are only displayed if the menu package contains parts.
Part number: Part number code.
Part description: Description of the Part number.
Req: Quantity required to be used.
Free: Quantity available free stock.
Unitprice: Price of an individual Part.
Lineprice: Calculated Part line price (Required * unitprice)
Main Stats:
The main stats provides an at a glance financial view of the menu package, a more meaningful explanation is available via the Legend toolbar button
Grid Shortcut Menu:
Within the menu package details form and depending upon the user priority it is possible directly to maintain a menu package prior to the upload into the Point of Sales Work in Progress (WIP).
These changes to the menu package are seen as being temporarily and only applicable to the current session, they do not impact on the main menu package.
Right clicking the required part within the Menu parts area of the details form displays a list of options that can be actioned.
Inquire part-stock card: Selecting the inquire part-stock card option displays the Point of sales stock card display form.
Search alternative part: The search alternative part option is only available if the menu package part number is prefixed with the supersession-chain characters ">>".
Remove part from this menu: Selecting remove part from this menu option flags the part for temporary removal from the menu package. Clicking the Save
toolbar button to remove the part temporarily.
Return: Selecting the Return option redisplays the menupricing details form.
Clicking the Legend toolbar button displays the Meaning menu-statics form.
Right clicking on a Part line in the Package price calculation form displays a number of options.
Clicking the Inquire part-stock card option displays the standard Point of Sales Stock Record form.
Right clicking on a Part line in the Package price calculation form displays a number of options.
Clicking the Search alternative part option displays the standard Point of Sales superssion chain form.
Note: Superssion parts are identified by the prefix of ">>"

Clicking the Lookup other partnumber option displays the standard Point of Sales Stock Record search form.

Clicking the Remove part from this menu option marks the selected part as waiting to be removed.
Selecting Save changes removes the selected part from the menu package.
