The Decompress documents option allows you to decompress documents compressed via the Compress documents option.
To decompress documents:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Document archive option and the Company you require.
The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed.
Select the Decompress documents option.
The Decompress documents form is displayed.
Enter the Type and Date, and click the Process button.
The Decompress Documents form is displayed when the Decompress documents option is selected from the DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu.
The form consists of the following two fields:
Type: Enter the type of document or leave blank for all.
Date: Displays the current date.
BUTTONS:
The following buttons are displayed on the form:
Process: Begins to decompress documents.
Cancel: Returns you to the DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu.
