Document Archive is a module used to view archived documents. This allows you to perform various functions utilizing the archived documents. The documents may be displayed, 'faxed', or printed for numerous purposes within the company.

DOCUMENT ARCHIVE Menu

The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed when the Document archive menu option is selected from the Autoline Master Menu.

The menu contains the following options:

• Retrieval utility

• Decompress documents

• Compress documents

• Document types

• Clear old documents

• Reports & enquiries

• System maintenance
