This facility allows a search to be made for an estimate whether it is Imported, Created, Rejected, or Authorised. If a search is not successful the estimate may have been discarded depending on the time scale set by the user in their System Parameters.
To search for an estimate:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select the Estimate maintenance option.
The Estimate maintenance form, Summary tab is displayed. On the Summary tab the cursor initially locates in the Number of estimate field within the estimate group.

The Search for Estimate form is displayed.
Now user can enter a part of text they want to search for which matches either estimate number, chassis number or regno, Or user Clicks on search Button which just displays all estimates on file. Click on line required in display given to load estimate when OK is Clicked.
