This form is displayed when you select Record maintenance or Default record maintenance from the CM System Maintenance menu.
Warning: When this form is displayed from the CM System Maintenance menu, use it with caution as any incorrect information entered in the default files may cause problems in other areas of Autoline.
Default records save users' time where records' data tends to be the same. When a new record is created it copies in the data held in the default record.
Note: The principal users of the Default record maintenance facility are expected to be consultants in conjunction with your management when going live after installing the system. It can be maintained by a user with high level access permissions, however, and by Kerridge support staff.
