This form is displayed when you select Consolidate files from the CM System Maintenance menu. It facilitates the archiving and purging of script logs.
Tip: If you are purging archived logs, select Purge Script log archive first then select Consolidate Script Log to archive more recent logs.
Warning: If Consolidate Script Log and Purge Script log archive are both ticked when you select the Process button, the script log is not written to the archive.
Consolidate Script Log: If ticked, records older than the retention period are archived
Purge Script log archive: If ticked, the above-created archives are deleted
