Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Call Management module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Call Management:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Call Management module and the Company you require.

   The module's Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The CM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
