This program is used to verify the integrity of all the files in the module's database. This program is normally run automatically as a timed operation. However, it is vital to run it after a hardware or software fault has occurred.
If any errors are found, or any files have exceeded their capacity, the details are printed to a log report. If you are in any doubt as to the action to take, contact Autoline Support for assistance.
To verify files:
Note: This program must only be run when there are no other users in the module, and under guidance from Autoline Support.
From the Autoline master menu select the customer contact management option
The Customer Contact Management menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option
The CM System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the Verify files option
The Verify Files form is displayed.
Select the Verify button
The following message is displayed:
Processing
This results in one of the following:
If no errors are found, you are returned to the CM System Maintenance menu.
If errors are found, the system prints a log report to the selected printer.
This form is displayed when you select Verify files from the System Maintenance menu. It automatically verifies the integrity of files used.

Verify: Initiates the file verification process, during which the following message is displayed in the Status group box:

You are then returned to the System Maintenance menu and a report is sent to the selected spooler listing all files and whether or not they are OK.
Company: Enables you to select a company on your Autoline system
Script Fields Validation Form, displayed when you run a script and the script encounters missing mandatory information.
