Creating Files

The Create files option requires an access priority of 9. This option should be used only by Autoline personnel, or in certain circumstances, by the System Manager under the guidance of Autoline personnel. This option creates files.

To create files:

1. From the Autoline Master menu, select the Document archive option and the Company you require.

   The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the Create files option.

   The Create application files form is displayed.

Create Application Files Form

The Create application files form is displayed when the Create files option is selected from the AK SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu. This form allows you to create files.

The form consists of the following fields:

• Description

• Status

• Record size

BUTTONS:

Create Files: Creates files.

Cancel: Returns you to the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
