This form displays all of the invoices or credits that have been previously generated against this agreement (including Miscellaneous Invoices/Credits). Any invoice/credit may be selected from the list box (by highlighting and selecting the OK command button) and the document archive function then enables the display of the actual printed invoice/credit for reference purposes or for re-printing.
If may also be accessed via the Print/Credit option (taken from the File menu within the Agreement form); in this case, this form may be used to select an invoice to be credited. Only full invoices may be credited; partial credits must be carried out via the Misc Credit option from the main menu.
To view the Invoice List Box:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The VEHICLE RENTALS Menu is displayed.
Select the Reservations option.
The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.
Select the icon.
The Rental Agreement form is displayed;
Select the Invoiced Tab.
Select the Invoices or Credits command button.

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Invoice List Box dialogue box contains the following fields:
Inv No: The unique sequential invoice number generated by the system for the invoice that is printed.
S: A status code. An R denotes that the invoice/credit was generated as a Rental invoice and an M denotes the invoice/credit was raised through Miscellaneous Invoicing.
Inv date: The date the invoice was generated.
Account: The Sales Ledger account code for the customer that has been invoiced.
Amount: The VAT inclusive gross value of the invoice.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
OK: Opens the Document Retrieval form so that an archived invoice/credit document may be displayed or re-printed. An Output of Printer or Display should be selected and then the Process command button selected to either view or print the document.
Note: If accessed via the Print/Credit option (taken from the File menu within the Agreement form) then the Print Credit form is displayed enabling a credit note to be generated.
Cancel: Returns to the Invoiced Tab.
